How to use the estimates
Results depend on your inputs, selected assumptions and simplified valuation methods. They may differ materially from an actual transaction price. Check financial information and obtain appropriate independent valuation, accounting, tax, legal and lending advice before making a decision. Using this tool does not create an advisory, fiduciary, lender or client relationship.
Methods and industry context
The headline identifies its pricing basis: available industry benchmarks where suitable, otherwise illustrative earnings assumptions. It is not a probability interval or a guarantee that a buyer will pay within that range. Sourced industry benchmarks are aggregate historical observations, not individually matched local transactions. Sources and dates are displayed where available. Data may be incomplete or outdated. Seller’s discretionary earnings (SDE), EBITDA, net income and free cash flow are different measures and must not be used interchangeably.
SBA financing
The readiness checklist is not SBA approval, lender prequalification or a complete eligibility review. A participating lender must evaluate the buyer, business, repayment capacity, ownership, size, business activities, use of funds and proposed transaction under applicable requirements. No financing approval or sale-price premium is promised.
Submitted data and report delivery
First name, last name and email are required to unlock results. Phone is optional. When you submit the form, AIBE saves your name, email, optional phone, selected tool, submission time, entered business information, calculator inputs, assumptions and calculated results in private website lead records and uses your email to deliver the requested PDF. The generated PDF includes your entered financial figures and is transferred to AIBE’s server for email delivery. The PDF is not retained in the website lead record. Authorized AIBE administrators can review and export the stored submission. Anonymous browsing and unsubmitted entries are not stored in this lead database. Email providers may retain messages under their own practices.
This form does not itself subscribe you to marketing. For AIBE’s broader data practices and privacy requests, see AIBE’s privacy policy. The rate service retrieves public FRED data without sending your form entries to FRED. Loan amortization links in the PDF contain loan terms in a URL fragment; share those links only with intended recipients.
Buyer financing illustration
Payments illustrate a proposed purchase price and assumed costs, equity, term and spread over a published prime-rate observation. A rate refresh is attempted for every report; the publication date and retrieval status are displayed. When retrieval fails, a dated observation is clearly identified. The lender sets actual pricing, fees, equity and terms. Variable rates may change. Cash remaining and coverage are simplified FCFF proxies and are not lender underwriting or assurance that an acquisition is affordable.
No binding transaction
Neither the tool nor its results constitute a binding transaction agreement or financing commitment. No outcome, accuracy, completeness, marketability or sale timing is guaranteed. Nothing in this notice limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
