Membership & Certification
The Certified Bankability Expert Ⓡ designation is awarded to individuals who who have met the rigorous educational, experience, examination and demonstrated documented personal growth through Bankability®. At a minimum, any individual carrying a CBE designation will have demonstrated a minimum of ten (10) properly structured income producing real estate deals.
Moral Character
The AIBE believes that the road to freedom and growth is through proper structure and Bankability. This means that our members have extremely high moral compass, impeccable credit, character and reputation.
