Peter Diamond is the Founder and President of The American Institute of Bankability Experts, Inc. (AIBE), with over two decades of experience in accounting, tax strategy, and consulting. He is best known as the author and creator of The Diamond Wealth Real Estate System—a disciplined, math-based approach that allows everyday individuals to invest in real estate while minimizing out-of-pocket exposure through proper structure and leverage.
After years working inside traditional financial and educational systems, Peter saw firsthand what was missing: a practical understanding of assets, leverage, and intentional structuring. That gap became the foundation of the Bankability® movement, which teaches that freedom is built through how assets are structured and leveraged—not through income alone.
Peter’s mission is straightforward: to educate individuals on how to build Bankability® so they can achieve financial independence and, more importantly, time freedom.

Brian is the Co-Founder and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The American Institute of Bankability Experts, Inc, Brian is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management, specializing in small business entrepreneurship. He spent over 20 years in corporate America within the equipment rental industry, building his career at United Rentals by rising through sales, training, and operations leadership roles.
Despite his tremendous success in corporate leadership, Brian recognized that long-term freedom required control over both time and outcomes. He began investing in distressed real estate—acquiring undervalued properties, renovating them to like-new condition, renting them for long-term cash flow, and refinancing to redeploy capital through the BRRRR strategy.
Over six years, Brian built a portfolio of rental properties and gained firsthand experience in how disciplined execution, intelligent leverage, and strong systems create durable, compounding value. This journey ultimately allowed him to step away from his W-2 career and take full ownership of both his financial future and his time.
These experiences form the foundation of Brian’s belief in Bankability®—the learned ability to intentionally structure assets, build financial trust, and create reliable value that supports long-term stability, opportunity, and time freedom.
Brian is married and the proud father of two young children, a role that continually reinforces the importance of building wisely and with purpose.
